Cancelation and Refund Policy

Due to the logistics of this all-inclusive event, we are unable to offer full refunds once your spot is secured. Cancelation prior to April 17, 2024 will result in forfeiture of a $500 fee. Cancellations after April 17, 2024 are non-refundable.

By purchasing this Mommy Needs A Minute Retreat 2024 and paying to reserve your spot, you understand that $500 is non-refundable for cancellations before April 17, 2024. Under no circumstances will this amount be refunded including but not limited to sickness, weather, natural disaster, change of schedule, canceled flight, etc.

The full balance of the Retreat is due on or before April 17, 2024. Cancellations after April 17, 2024 are non-refundable under any circumstances including but not limited to sickness, weather, natural disaster, change of schedule, canceled flight, etc.

We can, however, transfer the spot to another individual if there is a wait list, or you can sell your spot with prior approval from the retreat organizer. Once replacement is paid in full, we will refund the money that you have paid.

 

If the event is canceled for any reason, you will receive a credit for next year’s retreat.

By purchasing you understand that it is your responsibility to know the current protocol in regards to COVID-19 during the time of travel for the Retreat. You agree to follow all regulations mandated and enforced in all venues, establishments, tours/excursions, airports, airlines, and other modes of transportation. You understand you  will not receive any partial or full refund if you are unable to adhere to the regulations enforced at the time of the Retreat.

Deluxe King Suite Double Occupancy - Pay in Full

The Deluxe King Suites include over 900 sq ft of living space with one king sized bed, a large living room with fireplace and pull out bed, large private bathroom, and beautiful views of the grounds. 

Only 2 available. Max 4 ppl. All prices are per person. 

Double occupancy is 2 people in room.
