Do you feel completely burnt-out by motherhood? Overwhelmed by the constant demands placed on you as a mom to take care of all the things for everyone else, without a thought for what YOU need?

Maybe you find yourself daydreaming of peace and quiet? Imaging putting the demands of the family to the side to make time and space for yourself? Longing to catch up on sleep? Wishing you could receive some pampering? Craving connection to others who feel the same way you do? Desperate to pause the chaos to fill your own bucket?
The Mommy Needs A Minute retreat was created for moms just like YOU. Well, and me. I know first-hand what happens when you give to everyone else at the sacrifice of yourself. This is what led me to take my very first Momcation where I literally had to sit in silence for the first full day because I was on such full sensory overload from my life and I just couldn’t do it anymore. I just needed a minute to step out of it all. To breathe. To sleep. To journal. To eat. To not clean up after anyone. To have no to-dos. To just BE.
And I've been thinking about creating that for other moms since!

Luxury Accommodations
Relax your exhausted body and mind and embrace total tranquility in modern country style suites, each complete with your own in-room private fireplace and views of the stunning grounds.
Lounge pool side, walk the olive orchards and take in the beauty of the Livermore Valley Wine Country.
Meals and Beverages
Fresh and healthy meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
Wake up to hot coffee or tea or fresh juice.
Enjoy happy hour with estate olive oil and charcuterie.
Sip award winning local wine or opt for a non-alcohol option.

Pampering and Professional Services
Treat yourself to uninterrupted pampering with a 50 minute professional spa treatment.
Get motivation and guidance on your wellness journey with curated speakers and workshops (tbd).
Movement, Inspiration, Connection
Enjoy daily wellness activities and speaker sessions including Pilates, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and wellness workshops (optional but encouraged).
Connect with other moms who need a break and some self-care too. Maybe they are your mom village that you came with, your own mother, or new friends you've just met. But you are all in this together!

All prices listed are per person.
Included in price:
Accommodations and amenities, all on-site meals and beverages, 50-minute massage or facial, daily happy hour wine and charcuterie, daily wellness sessions, 1:1 integrative nutrition health coaching, expert wellness workshops, exclusive access to site grounds, and time to just BE!
Not included: Airfare, travel to/from hotel, off-site meals/drinks, additional spa services, to-do lists and chores!

I'm an integrative nutrition health coach and pilates instructor that specializes in working with moms to help them become strong and healthy so they can do life with more ease, joy and vibrancy.
I created The Mommy Needs A Minute Retreat for moms just like me. Because I know first-hand what happens when you give to everyone else at the sacrifice of yourself and you just need a minute for some self-care.

This offering will give you tools to use in your daily life and personalized insights for self-healing, purpose, and thriving relationships.
Dr. Erica Barr
1:1 Hormone Health Consultations
Dr. Erica Barr, is a Doctor of Pharmacy, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and Hormone Health and Wellness Services Provider. Erica will be offering 1:1 hormone health consultations to assist individuals with a range of concerns, from insomnia to alleviating PMS symptoms to tackling weight loss resistance and everything in between.
